Donna Burklo, Vice Chair, Family Kitchen

Donna Burklo currently serves as the Program Director for Family Kitchen (the community free meal program in downtown Bend), as a Realtor, and as a freelance writer. After many trips to the area over the years, she and her family made Bend their home in 2004. Since that time, she has been involved in local community theater, youth work, taught piano and voice lessons, and served on several community boards. Her background is in marketing, sales and training for the high tech industry, yet motherhood encouraged her to find more flexible schedule options. 

Amanda Bird, Secretary, The Tower Theatre

Amanda currently serves as the Communications Manager for the nonprofit Tower Theatre Foundation. Much of her job involves creating and distributing outbound communication on behalf of the Foundation to inform and collaborate with stakeholders, media and other Central Oregon nonprofits, as well as supporting fundraising efforts and education outreach in the entire tri-county area. She is passionate about the importance of live music and cultural opportunities within communities, and she’s been working in the entertainment and performing arts sector since 2013.

Liz Rink, Treasurer, D.E. Rink Construction

Liz has been promoting and enjoying the arts and culture though out Central Oregon for most of her life. Liz served on the City of Bend’s Arts, Beautification and Culture Commission for 6 years, Bend 2030, Bend Chamber Ambassador, BendFilm volunteer, mural advocate among many contributions. 

Maesie Speer, Board Member, Caldera

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Maesie Speer is passionate about building inclusive creative spaces. She is currently the Arts Center Programs Manager at the Caldera Arts Center outside Sisters and formerly administered arts and culture initiatives at The Oregon Community Foundation. A life-long performance-maker, Maesie has performed with Hand2Mouth, Theatre de la Jeune Lune, Sojourn Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, and Artists Repertory Theatre, among others. Maesie also volunteers as a program committee member with ScaleHouse.

Brandi Ebner, Board Member, Crook County Foundation

Brandi is the Executive Director of the Crook County Foundation, which has a focus on arts/culture among leadership, education, and community.  She also owns One Decision Management, LLC, an event and association management company which works throughout Oregon with organizations such as St. Charles Foundation, Oregon Horse Council, NW Horse Source, Lutheran Community Services, and others.  Brandi has spent over 20 years in producing events ranging from concerts to art shows, festivals to 5k's, conventions to expos - she has nearly done it all!  Currently, Brandi has been re-building the Crook County Foundation's art committee and working on a master plan for growing the arts movement in Crook County.

Jenny Malone, Previous Board Member, ACA Volunteer Bookkeeper

Jasmine Helsley-Barnett, Community Coordinator, Arts and Culture Alliance

Jasmine was the owner of JAH Promotions and Outrage Art Collective.  Jasmine has supported and fostered the growing music and art scene in Central Oregon since 2011.

Jasmine’s major successes include management roles at local musicevents/venues including Munch & Music, Clear Summer Nights, Les Schwab Amphitheater.

Jasmine earned a B.S. in Business Management, and brings her advocacy, administrative, marketing,

and grant-organizing skills to ACA.
